Activated Charcoal Lemonade

Make this deep cleansing, detoxifying, and metabolism boosting cold pressed lemonade in less than 2 minutes.

WHAT YOU NEED:

One organic lemon;

Maple syrup;

Pink Himalayan salt;

Cayenne pepper;

CRBN Activated charcoal;

Alkaline or Filtered water;

STEP 1:

Start with a clean 500ml bottle that has a secure lid.

STEP 2:

Ream and strain one organic lemon (~1.5 oz) of fresh lemon juice and add it to your bottle.

FYI:

Lemon is great a source of vitamin C boosting your immunity while the citric acid aids digestion.

STEP 3:

Add 0.5 oz, or half a shot glass, of pure maple syrup.

FYI:

Maple syrup is a natural sweetener that boosts immunity and fights free radicals.

STEP 4:

Add a pinch of Himalayan Salt and Cayenne pepper (~1/16 oz each).

FYI:

Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin, which boosts your metabolism causing your body to produce heat and burn more calories.

STEP 5:

Add 1 tsp of CRBN Activated Charcoal.

This is the greatest drink ever!!!! Not only is it super good for you, but it’s deeeeeelicious too! My daughter and I keep freshly squeezed lemon juice in the fridge so we can make your drink at a moments notice! It’s now my daughters first drink of the morning before she heads off to work!
